The phone itself was fine but it was a phone that was locked to service from 8x8 and the only way to unlock it is to do a round about way of resetting the phone with a keybind with no Internet then changing the provision server so it doesn't re provisioning itself on network connection. 8x8 customer service also is only for paying customers
