Tried to power up with included power supply kit and small transformer(because I'm in S.Korea). But it wouldn't work. So..we tried to connect Ethernet cable directly with the phone and still no sign of working. I guess the phone is damaged. Also, found a damaged spot and a missed screw on the bottom of this thing(not sure it was damaged while shipping to Korea). I feel like I just got scammed by polycom..

The product arrived in what appeared to be perfect shape. No obvious damage to the box or unit. Upon plugging in the power supply, the green light lit up and appeared to be in good order. Once plugging in the power supply to the phone, the power supply dimmed and the phone would not power up. We tried different outlets and still no luck. The strange thing... the documentation in the box stated about the unit being a product of Australia. I'm not sure if they have an AU product combined with a US power cord, but something wasn't right. Other reviews have eluded to this as well. I wish it would have worked... it would have made my life a lot easier.

A fair product as a group terminal for conferencing applications. Easy to install and set-up. A down-turn is that the firm ware is out-dated, so you need to update it for proper use.

Audio quality is excellent, even when using PoE. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great product at that price level.
