The pool ladder mat surface is made of a non-slip vinyl texture designed to enhance friction between the pool liner and the ladder, preventing slips and falls. It also provides an additional layer of protection for your pool liner.

Perfect, exactly as described. This this was bigger than I thought but perfect size. It’s a heavy duty rubber that comes in a roll and once rolled out basically lays flat because it’s heavy. It has detailed texture ridges on it to keep the bottom part of the ladder from sliding on it. It’s perfect to keep the bottom of the pool interior protected and not damaged from the ladder. One of those things you don’t think you needed until you have it. Super happy with this.

This mat offers a little extra protection from tearing the main liner. Fit is just right under the legs of the ladder.Mat is relatively similar to the main pool liner. No mention of mil thickness to compare.Basically, added protection!

We purchased this for the stairs in our above ground pool, and I am so glad we found this! The wind is wreckless in our area, and our pool stairs have a tendancy to move in the wind, this ladder mat, helps to protect the inside liner of the pool from the shifting and sliding of the wind. In addition, the weight and thickness help to prevent it from moving when getting in and out of the pool. For under $15, saving holes in the liner, and extending the life of our pool, this is such an incredible value, plus the size accomodates our stairs perfectly! Highly recommend to all above ground pool owners, looking to extend the life of their liners, this stair mat functions well, is heavy duty, and has provided much needed peace of mind, all for under $15!

Mat is well made and feels durable. I really like the raised texture on it to help with slipping even more. It comes rolled up but unrolls and lays flat easily. I'll be installing this at the foot of my pool stairs.

Just reopened our pool for the summer and this was a great addition to protect the bottom of the pool liner. While the bottom of my pool ladder is pretty smooth, I feel more confident that it will not cause any issues with this pad underneath it. The pad is thick enough to provide great protection, yet thin enough to not cause any issues with adjustments. It went into place easily and so far is staying flat at the bottom of the pool, definitely isn't going anywhere with 80 lbs of pool ladder on top of it. I have noticed that the ladder no longer slides back and forth when we are getting in and out of the pool like it did when the ladder was sitting directly on the liner. The material feels strong and resilient, time will tell how well it holds up. Overall, pleased with the ease of installation, quality, protection, and appearance of this ladder pad. I would recommend it for anyone with an above ground pool to protect the typically thin liner, especially for those with the thin cheap ladders that come with most pools. We have a more rugged and stable ladder that I attach to the top rail of our pool with long bolts to hold it in place. This minimizes the ladder movement, however, I am much more comfortable knowing that this pad is in place to provide protection for the liner. For quality and peace of mind, this ladder pad is a great value at any price.

This is a good roll of non slip mat material which can be used for under a pool ladder or for any other area where a non slip mat might come in handy. It’s a nice color blue and the roll doesn’t take up too much room. Highly recommend!
