I don't typically write reviews but I have been so impressed by this product and customer support. The popsocket itself is great; super strong magnet and I love how squishy and cute the character is. It's really unique and it makes holding my phone much more comfortable. But what prompted me to write a review was the ease of making a warranty claim. After noticing some damage to the rubber that seemed premature given the age of the item (a few months of use), I contacted them with my concerns and some pictures and they responded immediately. No gimmicks or arguments about the technicalities of what was covered by the warranty, no making me pay a restocking fee or cover shipping both ways. Just very prompt and easily helped me get a replacement at no expense to me. So lovely to encounter a company that really cares about customer satisfaction/the quality of their product! I've since purchased the cow version for my husband and will probably buy the pickle for my mom :)

I got this for my daughter’s phone case and she loves it! It’s so cute for a kids phone case and it’s comfortable for her small hands to help hold her phone.This one is the magnet kind (I didn’t realize that when I ordered, that’s on me.) I did have to buy another pop-socket that sticks onto the case for the base but no big deal.If you’re looking for something cute and fun to make the phone case pop, this is a great choice!

I got the axolotl, its super cute and soft! The magnet is strong, doesn't come of to easily but isn't difficult to remove either. I love it!

I tried this grip on a case that had MagSafe built in, and it snapped right into place and held firmly and was extremely cute. But I was really hoping to use a different case on my phone, which didn't have the MagSafe plate, so I tried installing the little sticker adapter this popsocket comes with. The template that came in the box was easy to use and put the adapter in exactly the right place (makes my cheap case work with my husband's expensive charger!), and the adhesive has held it on very well so far. The popsocket still clips on firmly (and pulls off when you want it off), and it works great to give a little extra grip and a lot of extra cuteness to my phone. Very happy with this purchase.

Very cute popsocket! Works very well with the magsafe and also provides you with a sticky magnet part if your case doesn't come with it. Your phone will definitely be spinning around if you lay it down though.
