Gripe number one. The jacket is listed as cotton, but felt like plastic polyester. Gripe number two, and the biggest gripe, is that I set up a return of the jacket, got the label and instructions only to see that I had to pay postage. I put the jacket back into the same package I received it in and took it to three different postal services, USPS, UPS and Postnet. Each one would cost me around roughly $17 to send it back to California. The thing is, I have Prime and free shipping so a $20 jacket returned for $17 postage would've gotten me $3 back... I am now the not so proud owner of a jacket neither I, nor my father in law, will ever wear. I learned something very important from this experience. If you want to insure you never have to give refunds, make the customer pay for shipping...
