There is a condensation collection receptacle in the unit. Typically, the unit will dissipate the condensation as a mist through the exhaust hose. However, under high humidity conditions the condensation may form more quickly then the unit can dissipate.

SO ,please keep the drain open though and have a water pan sitting at the same level or below it if you think there might be water to drain.

that is a good fail-safe function. you just have to drain it manually by opening the plug to get it running again.

Easy DIY Fix!!!!

1. Please keep the drain open though and have a water pan sitting at the same level or below it if you think there might be water to drain.

2. Locate the compressor unit, which will typically be tucked away on the back or the side of unit , and clean away all debris or anything else that might be crowding the unit,and for peak functioning, don’t place anything on top of the ac unit.
