Put the ice pack into this thing frozen solid and less than an hour later it’s completely thawed, sweaty, and warm to the touch. Don’t waste your money unless you like to have warm, wet air blowing on you.

Came defective doesn’t blow any air. Just makes a lot of noise. What happened to quality control. Will be returning and looking for a better product.

This was purchased as a gift. The positive is that when you get the water frozen and power it on it will cool some. However, the fan is too weak and the build quality does not warrant the price. The 2 containers it came with have caps that will barely stay in. I really hoped this would be a better solution.

I've been using Artic Air and I knew their commercials were a lie bout how cool they'd keep you,I live in a 38' mobile home and since global warming they have 2.temps cold like a Iglo lunch box in winter & hot as Hatties.in summer so I have these units close by me what I like bout your unit is NO ice ta make & NO filters to freeze you guys need to sell Xtra ice block separately I got my 1st unit and had accidentally broke it so had 2 extra ice block you don't have how long it's safe to use Artic Air it depends on how high ya run ur unit I bought a additional 2 and rotate after 8hrs only thing is no light but sure that's got ta do with Patton laws ??

The fan is weak, the latch for the ice pack broke after 2 days and it dosen't even cool the air.
