I bought this to add some cool to a bedroom that my central air doesn’t properly cool. And let me tell you, this unit makes light of that. I haven’t had the unit long, but I bet I could keep the bedroom door open and cool the entire top floor of my house with this beast. Setup was incredibly easy. The features are wonderful. My favorite is the up and down oscillation of the fan. It gets the room cold very quickly and the noise is just fine, even soothing. I may buy one of these for a family member because I’m seriously impressed. It seems to be made well and it’s more substantial than it looks in the pictures. Incredible.

I got this cooler because I have a tent trailer that does not have a air conditioner. It was a little big for what I wanted but it works great. I just ran the vent out the underside of the canopy and it cools the trailer perfect. It can cool a much larger space if needed in the house or a room. It is easy to use and not much to set up. Great controls and you can set a temperature you want to maintain.

In an apartment with no air conditioning and 10 foot high windows I couldn’t put curtains in, I roasted last summer/autumn with 85 degree highs. It was so miserable and as a senior I couldn’t face another summer of the same. I’m on a fixed income and the price and the reviews of this appliance gave me a reason to try it. I don’t remember seeing anything like this last summer. It was fairly easy to assemble the hose and connections but I did struggle somewhat extending the hose due to lack of hand strength. It moves easily, has good features for speed, noise and cooling ability. It’s so nice to have cool air when it gets above 78 degrees. I also got an extended warranty plan for safety in case anything goes wrong in future.

This portable AC is the perfect companion for camping with our Jayco 174 trailer. The built-in ceiling AC is incredibly loud—we couldn’t sleep with it running at night. Our workaround was opening all the windows or placing small fans near each bed, but that wasn’t ideal.Now, with this portable AC, it’s a game changer. It’s quiet, compact, and super easy to set up in the Jayco window. You do need to remove the screen, but that’s no trouble at all. We’ve got several camping trips planned this summer, and we’re finally looking forward to cool, quiet nights of sleep.Highly recommend this product—take it with you and enjoy comfort on the go!

The window kit sucks so bad, not sure what they were going for, had to buy a separate one, and tbe AC is soo loud and barely cools the area, basically it's a loud fan...

I have tried a couple of more portable ACs bought in major retail stores, but this one, by GINOST, is far the best!First of all, it was easy to unpack and setup - it is basically a plug and play solution that comes with all hardware and will fit any window size. I didn’t have any struggles but the guidance on how to do everything is also included. Overall, it took me about 10 mins to get everything running.Then by look, it is a very compact one if compared to most available on the marker; however, much more efficient that I have seen. My living room is 550 sq ft and while this AC and it took about 10 min to get the temp down from 75 to low 60s. There is nothing like this I have ever seen before by other brands. Moreover, my central AC don’t look that much of efficient now in comparison with this product.Another bonus is that it is not just an AC but also a dehumidifier and it is indeed working amazingly.Last but not least is it can be quite, I move it to my bedroom from time to time and all you can hear in sleep mode is a whisper. Summer time is coming and from the guy who has lived with ACs all his life - I highly recommend purchasing this one if you like it quick, easy and efficient. This is my best purchase this year so far and for the price paid, you CANNOT beat the value here!!

This actually works! I have a central AC but upstairs always gets so hot. So I decided to get a portable ac after much thought. Why I didn’t buy this sooner I don’t know! I have only just been using this for like 2 weeks so I want to see how much will my electric bill would be.It’s portable. Just the right size for my bedroom. Noise it can be loud at times but I don’t mind it. It’s tolerable. It cools my room fast. It’s inexpensive compared to others that I looked at.It was easy to set-up. My only problem was the window vent that came with it was so flimsy and didn’t fit well. So I bought another set at Amazon and now it worked! I also bought some insulation to wrap around the hose that I saw one reviewer suggested. Functionality good! Power is good! Haven’t tried the dehumidifier setting yet.Overall a good buy!!

Amazing! It wasn't as heavy as I thought it would be - I could manage it alone, but it is recommended that you have 2 people to carry it. It was packaged very well and easy to un-box. Set up was very simple and the instructions easy to follow. The best part though was how quickly it cooled our large room as soon as we turned it on! It quietly poured cold air over the entire room (a large size master bedroom). The remote functions beautifully from the opposite end of the room. The timer is a great feature because the room did get quite cold so it was nice to set it and have it turn off after a short amount of time. It's also easy to move because it's on casters which is convenient. At this price I might have to get one or two more for our other bedrooms! Highly recommend!!
