This does not work to keep a large room cool . I would say a small- medium max room would stay cool with this . I have a mobile home and struggles to keep the living room cool

Ordered a week ago and it's working well so far! Installation was straightforward, window setup will fit most window. I got this for a crank out window and can make it work. Perhaps you'll need some weatherstripping or foam adhesive to make a tight seal.Also easy to move around as it has wheels on the bottom. About as loud as a regular window AC I would say but nothing some noise canceling headphones can't block. Cooling is fast and the timer options are great if you need to step out of the house.

My 14,000 BTU is 4 degrees cooler than your 16,000 btu A/C and when you raise the temperature to 80 degrees it doesn’t (cycle) shut off it ran all night

Bought this portable AC as summer is here in tx and its very hot. My office room as the sun penetrating thus the home ac is not able to sustain it. It is easy to install, just connect the exhaust pipe to the window and plug in the power. The exhaust pipe comes with a kit to fit the window enclosure. It took me about 15 minutes for me to set up alone.Cooling is quite fast. After 10-15 minutes, the room starts to feel cool. Noise level is tolerable. I still can watch TV and sleep with the compressor running.The built in dehumidifier is great to remove excess moisture to make the room comfortable.

We've been loving this unit.It cools our whole apartment and pulls a lot of moisture out of the air.It'd super easy to use and works really well.It also fit into our window really easily and was a very quick install.I recommend this unit for anyone looking for a dehumidifier and ac unit that works and is a great price considering.

We ordered this a few months ago for summer time. We just took it out of the box to get it set up for summer and it’s a piece of crap. Of course we are past the return window. DO NOT BUY THIS. It makes a very loud noise when you turn it on. The connector for the window was broken and when you try to take the front panel off to see if something is stuck in the fan (that’s causing the loud noise) you can’t get it apart.

This is the second one I bought. First one leaked all over the floor. This one replaced the first one which also leaked all over the floor. 2 out of 2 units leaking, Don’t waste your time. Very frustrated with them.
