The draining has a little issue to it sometimes it wants to drain and other times you have to reset it and plug it off the wall and wait 20min to retry to drain the water

It’s no wonder they ar snot seeking this product anymore it’s not a good buy. One of the lids is detached doesn’t stay on. The hose under the machine is not secure where the water drains. It does NOT fully drain. I had to lift it up to drain the remainder of the water with help. The o my thing that’s works is the spin side the way it suppose to. Don’t purchase a double side perhaps purchase the single that does it all wash and spin.

I do not recommend it was broken upon delivery dryer on dries max 5 mins does not washer does not drain completely at all your clothes will be soaked with water just horrible
