Portable please install two AA batteries,

Plugging in is not useful for AA batteries.

Why is it plugged in but not working?
Please remove the medicine cup and reinstall it.
If you hear a "click", the installation has been successful.
If the installation of the medicine cup is not successful, the working indicator will not be long lit and the machine will not work.

Why is the output of the nebulizer so low?
Insufficient medicine in the Nebulizer or The nebulizer is not held in an upright position；The solution used is not suitable for the nozzle (e.g. concentration is too high, viscosity must be less than 3).

Why doesn't the spray work well and the mist gets smaller after a while?
Battery is dead. Replace the battery or connect the power supply unit and try again; particles on the mesh are blocking the output and need to be cleaned.

How do I maintain and clean it?
Pour pure hot water from 30°C to 60°C into the mold and spray for 1-2 minutes.
If particles are to be removed, Add 2 to 3 drops of vinegar and 3 to 6 ml of water to the atomizer and atomize the solution completely.
