My my order showed up I opened it charged it and it does not work. I don’t want something that don’t work so I’m not happy with the product either refund it or resend it don’t want something I can’t use.

Don't buy this product. It's pure garbage. It worked for about four weeks and broked . I was blending berries with juice so nothing out of ordinary.I cannot return it because it worked enough to go over by three days for the last day to return it. Made in China.... If I would have known I would not buy it. problem is ii won't charge anymore. I tried different outlets, everything it said in the pamphlet to try but nothing worked.

Charged unit fully, followed instructions, will not even turn on. Looks like it's already been opened when arrived. Don't waste your time and money.
