I am very pleased with the Printer itself. It's solidly built, very easy to open with the secure latches, and allows for roll and flat media. It prints nice and fast, image is clear, and is just what I needed for on-the-go printing. I often have to look up something on my phone and then refer to it (instructions etc). Screen shots auto-size to fill the width of the paper and already that has come in handy several times.The unit charged up very quickly, and it's mode is obvious from the multi-colored On/Off button. Instructions were very clear. The case cover comes with the USB cord, a USB A to C adapter, and 2 rolls of extra paper. There is space for 3 rolls in the cover.I tested printing via the Android app and Windows, and had no problems.

I thought this small, portable printer would be good. But I am disappointed. I have had problems with it. It was not difficult to connect to phone via bluetooth. And it will print from my phone. But I have to print only one page at a time. This is because after printing a page, it advances the paper about 3 inches past where it should be to begin the next page. So it is necessary to open the printer and move the paper back again. This cancels the printing job, making it necessary to set it up again, typing in the correct page to print next. This is the same with either roll or fanfold paper. I have the type of paper set correctly. But still, after printing a page it advances past where it should be for the next page to begin. Also, when loading fanfold, it pulls the page in 3 inches too far, not like the video on the Amazon ad page, which showed the printer pulling the paper in to where it should be.I wanted to try printing from my PC. To get the printer driver, the instructions say "You will find USB disk coming in the gift box with printer." But there is no such "USB disk" in the package. It says you can also download the driver by entering a long URL. I did that, but the link does not work. I wanted to search for a driver, but there is no brand name on the printer or the instructions. The instructions call it "A4 Series" and elsewhere "A40." But that's just a model number. I found the website of what I think is the manufacturer, HSPOS, and downloaded and installed their A4 portable printer driver. In trying to print a Word document, it sees this printer and says it is ready to print. The printer is connected to the computer by USB. But it ran into a printer error. No printing. I tried connecting it by bluetooth. It connected, according to my computer. But the blinking blue light kept blinking, indicating it was not connected. It won't print via bluetooth. So I am giving up after wasting a couple of hours trying to get this thing to work right.I give it two stars, one star over the minimum, because it does print pages one at a time from my phone. Otherwise it is useless.

I rarely need to print documents any more these days, so there isn't much point in keeping around a full-sized, full-featured printer at home. But when I do need a printer, I absolutely *need* a printer. When I'm printing labels or forms, it's especially convenient to just pull this printer out, make my print, and then store it away again. It's also far cheaper than going to a store like FedEx/Kinko's or UPS to use their printers.It's compact, quiet, and functional. There is no ink or toner to refill, as it's a thermal printer rather than an inkjet or laser (i.e. it heats special paper to darken it instead of applying ink), and the paper rolls are pretty easy to come by (plus 3 of them were included with the printer).

This portable wireless printer saves me a lot of trouble. It is easy to operate, does not require complicated settings, and can be connected to a mobile phone or computer in a few minutes. The printing speed is moderate, the effect is clear, and the best thing is that its ink-free design saves the trouble of ink cartridges. It is really a cost-effective printer.

This little guy does EXACTLY what the more expensive thermal printers do. It's light weight, sturdy and compact. It came with 2 USB cables to use if needed. The app is pretty straight forward and very user friendly. It didn't have any other reviews. I was sort of afraid to be the guinea pig but I'm glad I took a chance. I've been using it pretty consistently since I purchased it last week and it's holding up nicely. This is probably one of the Amazon purchases I'm most happy with. My HP printer is giving me an error code that renders it useless at this time, so having this thermal printer has been a life saver. To prove I'm not a bot, my favorite actor Gene Hackman and his wife and dog sadly, passed yesterday and even more sad, Elon is still the President. On a lighter note, get this printer. You won't regret it. :)

The brand which printer works is easy to work which call AiYin. Good quilty of printing and fast.
