It's ridiculous how poor the quality of this product is. The interior design is faulty and does not stay attached to spin. If it worked, it would have been great for camper.

Terrible. I’d rather hand wash. The wash cycle is ok. I tried 3 shirts and it was too much. Tried two shirts and it was ok. It spun around a bit and washed it ok. It was difficult to be able to rinse out the soap. After adding clean water I had to keep adding some more to drain the soapy water. I had to take them out and hand rinse. Used the dehydrator mode/spin mode with one shirt. It clicks on, then spins off after about one minute.I drained some water and tried it again. And again and again. It kept coming off the attachment. It’s better to just wring it out myself. Hand wash takes less time and less of a headache.This machine is not recommended. Idea is great but execution is not.

The manual doesn't give washing instructions...what is the fill line? suggested wash times for different articles ? and how to alleviate lint, hair or fur from draining into your sink. You can use a piece of nylon stocking tied at the end of the drain tube for that. You have to read reviewers suggestions. The instructions for how to set the timers don'twork for this machine (or mine is defective. ) so it took a number of tries to figure it out how to set the timers. The dehydrator does spin but does not remove ANY WATER even from one pair of light weight socks. I tried 3 different light articles and even repeated the "dehydrator" spin. Cycle 3 times on the same garment... and no water was removed. The dehydrator is labeled "2" as in 2 minutes but the Manuel states that timing is for "3/5/10" but the machine is labeled "2/5/10". Translation is wonky but you can figure it out. The manual gives safety precautions and maintenance instructions which is good and universal for any of these machines. It is quiet and the motor sounds like it's struggling no matter how light the load . The suction feet are very good...the machine doesn't "walk" off the counter. Appearance is pleasing. Quality control is lacking as buttons for timers and on/off lights and inconsistent. I needed a machine with a usable "dehydrator" ( what we call an extractor) for small portions of the wash but it's just a gimmick. The size is small as advertised and the shape is fine. Definitely for small items like underwear, light socks, pillow cases, tank tops and summer weight pajama shorts and tops. Not for adult cottons. Good probably for baby clothes. I used it on 5 mins. Wash. Then left the load to soak for 15 or 20 minutes before draining and filling the machine for a soap less cycle to rinse.For a 2nd rinse you can just pour more water into the machine and let it drain without running the motor. It comes with a small narrow fill tube but it's a useless gimmick. Carefully pour water from a small bucket or pot until water covers to about 2 inches above the clothing. The value will depend on how long it functions before it turns into a fancy bucket. The agitator is very weak and therefore can'tHandle "dehydrator extraction ". It sounds like a drunken robot when agitating. You will have to ring everything out by hand as even after draining, the clothes are sopping wet.

The instructions that come with this thing are woefully lacking. Some of the words are translated weird, and there is no proper steps for how to use it, just a vague overview in the form of pictures. There's no mention of a fill line or anything like that, and you just have to use some common sense to work it out. The drain tube that comes with it is about as thin and cheap as plastic can get, but if you're gentle with it, it shouldn't be an issue.The way it agitates is by spinning in one direction for about 5 seconds, then reversing direction. I used very hot water and didn't overload it, and it did a decent job at cleaning my delicates. The spin cycle didn't really do anything though, it couldn't really make the basket spin fast enough to fling any water out, and the basket was getting knocked off it's track with even a small amount of fabric in it, and I had to re-place it a few times.Aside from the things mentioned, the design is pretty good and the overall build quality is too, but because of its small size, it really is only suitable for a few pairs of panties or maybe a t-shirt at a time. Having said that, I still like it better than crouching over my tub like a goblin and hand-agitating my wee garments.
