I'm very disappointed that it's already broken. It was installed by a licensed plumber and normal use. Then one day it all fell apart!

We were concerned about the plastic tip insert in the spigot head given the heat of a wok burner that it services, but so far they are holding up. If we have to, we'll drill them out/remove but not necessary at this time.

Cheap crooked faucet. Don't waste your time time and money. Get a better product.

I don’t know what product the other reviewers here received, but this faucet is a piece of junk. I have been an independent contractor for over five years remodeling kitchens and baths and have NEVER had to install a faucet this bad. I have reinstalled this three times and it continues to leak. It appears to just be poor engineering. It says it standard 1/2” NPT, but the straight threaded nipple that comes with it is sloppy and simply doesn’t create a seal no matter how much tape or thread dope you put on it and it actually doesn’t work with a standard nipple from the hardware store. Classic case of “you get what you pay for.” Of course the day I decide to give up the ghost and shop for something else is 2 days after the end of the return period. Oh well, live and learn I suppose. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on a better product the first time. There’s a reason a good faucet costs 2-3X this at the store. Plumbing is enough of a pain on its own, don’t make it harder than it has to be by trying to save a buck.
