Not a huge fan. The 4 AA batteries required to power this thing go dead after an hour of use. Other multimeter have a much much longer battery life. Doing a parasitic draw diagnosis takes a lot of time and stopping to change batteries in the middle is supremely irritating.I was super excited about this thing and was loving it until it suddenly powered off while I was still trying to find the draw on my ford escape. I didn't have 4 AA batteries handy and had to just stop. Aaarrrrg!

Alligator clip fell from my hands while removing from vehicle and broke........very dissappointng ,I have numerious other alligator clips ,have fell several times while disconnecting from vehicle and have yet to break.Under close investigation discovered the bounding process was poor.....bad quality control.Contacted PP but the warranty process is not very user friendly.

Build quality is horrible, $30 meters are built better. The unit powered on after putting batteries in it, did some testing and seems good. Would not power up consistently after that, the battery compartment has "gates" that hold each battery, prevents them from making contact all the time.

Quality product.Heavy on the batteries, brand new Duracells lasted no more than two - three hours of continuous use.Returned it and got a refund.I'll stick with my Fluke 87.

As the other reviewer has stated the battery life is poor. I have not personally had any issues, however my buddy purchased his as the same time and he had issues reading negative resistance (strange). I have also reached out to power probe as I like to keep spare fuses handy but its been a week with no response so keep that in mind. Will be sticking to my Fluke as well
