Bought this refurbished item, and literally nothing was refurbished. Broken buttons in the back, paddle wouldn’t in place because slot that holds it was broken as well. Sending item back.

Honestly this controller is a great all around choice for anything from racing games to FPS games. The buttons all feel great. The paddles feel good. And the price is honestly very good for what you’re getting.

The controller worked for a like a solid 3-4 months. Then, it stopped working and I had to buy a new controller. The first version of this controller durability is better but the second version of this controller design and the grip is better than the first.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. What a joke! They sent an OLD, dirty, broken Xbox 360 remote in the fusion hard case and charge $80 for that!
