Completely assembled, just unfold and lock handle, add oil and route pull cord through handle eyelet. Added gas and it started right up. Actually this is a great mower for the price and it was shippable to California. Nice little mower.

Excellent engine, worked right out of the box and very powerful. Although I would recommend to watch a YouTube video on how to tilt lawnmowers for cleaning so the oil does not get into the carburetor, basically tilt it with air filter up and the pull rope at max. resistance. The rear flap fell off but I do not use it anyways, you can use small screws to put it back on. I recommend near maximum height settings to avoid rocks and keep grass healthy. I used the bagger and then spread a little mulch to fertilize the grass.

Assembled mower with no difficulties, instructions were very well written. After supplied oil was entered and filled gas tank .ran mower for a break in time. Began cutting grass. It was easy to adjust cutting height. The bagger was easy to remove and empty. My only regret is not getting a wider cutting area then the 17 inch I purchased. BUT for the small cutting area I have it will work out well. Very Happy with purchase, Highly recommend to anyone to purchase the Power Smart mowers.

What I love about this lawnmower is the way I can mow with no problems. It picks up the grass clippings and easy to empty the bag. I like the way the lawn looks after mowing! I would recommend this lawn mower to everyone.

This is not worth buying. I bought it only because I couldn't get my brothers help in getting one to my house because he is so busy with work so I spent all this money on this trash and was only able to use it once. I bought it so I wouldn't have to pay anyone to cut my yard seeing I am a single mother. Well it wasn't a good idea to get this because I was only able to use it once and now it doesn't work. I missed the deadline to send it back and didn't have anyone to pick it up. I didn't have money to waste like that but it's wasted now and I still have to pay someone to cut my yard and that was a bill I was trying to cut out. Oh well it's another lost I have to take.

This mower is scaled down and lightweight. Both of these are desirable, however, I would consider it light duty. I broke the engine in for 15 minutes with no load and varied the rpm from low to high then drained the oil and refilled the crankcase. The oil was full of metal. I then mowed my two small patches of grass and drained the oil again, full of metal. I plan to continue to change the oil frequently until the glitter factory goes away. Keep in mind, this much metal in the oil will shorten the life of the engine if left to circulate. Seeing metal after break in is normal for a small air cooled engine, however, this was more than I have seen in the past. The machining and engine part precision was probably somewhat lacking leading to this condition. Otherwise the mower worked fine cutting grass as expected. The only way to drain the oil is to place a bucket under the fill tube and tip the mower on its side. Be careful not to spill gasoline on the hot engine. For the price I would say if you have a small lawn, it will do the job.
