These fit the old and new Powertech Power Racks. I purchaed a Rogue bar I didn't want to wear down knurl in rack. - and wanted a few more Bar Holders on rack.I've purchased two and they both work fine. It's not my favorite J-hoook design - would prefer flat J-Hook to rack barbell but Powertech has odd square frame size limiting accessory Options. These are high quality J-Hooks with UHMW plastic to protect your bar's knurling

I bought this as spare so I can move the bar on the other side of the cage instead of remove it while using lat pull down. The design is very poor because hooks move quite a bit while placing the bar back on them. They are somewhat better than their previous version that were bare steel without no protective foam padding. Had to buy these because I couldn't find after market hooks of size 2 ⅜" x 2 ⅜". Even discounted price of $60 is a bit to high for such a poorly designed product.

I got that balancefrom home gym power rack from the wild sale earlier this year. It’s the same odd size as the hulkfit racks too, 2.3”x2.3”. These are the Jhooks you need. These are bullet proof. They cost a little bit but they will not drop the bar on your chest. They also will never scratch your nice bar you bought with the neat colors.
