Vacuum works very good. Bags last. The only issue is the horrible power cord that becomes tangled with normal use and storage. The cord is proprietary so a replacement chord you need to purchase from the company. You cannot purchase a cord that is better to solve the issue. The chord is now double the price since the first time that I purchased one. I am on my third chord already since 2019. I find that I need to purchase a new chord every 1.5 years before it is unbearable to use. The warranty is 90 days. So you need to become that annoying person and file a warranty claim within 90 days of the first twists and knots showing up otherwise you will need to purchase a chord for $70+ after some time. The warranty and customer service people chalk this up to normal wear. I have power chords on other vacuum's like a Dyson that have performed just fine for over 7 years of use without the same tangling issues. I have excessive use with many vacuums and the power chord has been the least concern with those however with this vacuum it becomes the major issue. Good vacuum with a defective power chord that has horrible shielding that twists and knots which you are unable to straighten. Mike sales manager was good to work with.

I LOVE this vacuum cleaner. I am a girl who is 5'5" tall and weighs 140lb (gained some weight during COVID..ugh) and this vacuum is super comfortable for me. I have a 3500 sq. ft. home with all hardwood flooring. The cord is SO long I only have to unplug it and change outlets 2 times when vacuuming the downstairs and never while upstairs. It is so easy to adjust for another user. My husband is 5'10" and 180lbs, and I have two teenagers who have used it in the past as well (only when their lives have been threatened...lol.) I purchased it in November 2019 and it still works as if it is brand new.

Fantastic vacuum. The suction is amazing, the bags are of high quality and have great capacity, and the hose and parts are also sturdy and well built. The belt attachment idea, well that’s not very useful for us and a bit awkward, but we just put the parts in a little drawstring bag and called it good. I also love the extendable wand. I can do the stairs easily with this thing and then extend it out to do the floors without breaking my stride. Cut my cleaning time in half on the main floor and because of the great suction, it did a much better job. You will still need a regular vacuum to rough up the carpeting fit a deep clean, but this is also great for a quick hit in carpeting snd can get to all the places my regular vacuum cannot. You will love it once you get used to it and it’s totally worth it!

I purchased this new 6 qt backpack vacuum for my cleaning business. The tools do not stay attached despite me reading the directions, on how to attach, and watching YouTube videos on how to attach the tools. It is so frustrating. I am getting ready to ship it back. So aggravating.

Imagine wanting to walk through between the sofa and recliner and continue your vacuuming? Get this backpack unit and your dream will become reality ! Long cord. Goes anywhere you can walk.Second thing. We have slate flooring in some areas, the slate chews up normal vacuum attachments. This one comes with a brush device that goes over the slate and doesn't deteriorate. Love it !Very comfortable backpack. Hip belt, padded shoulder straps. I could go all day.I wish it had more power. I can carry more weight - could have used more power.

I have owned several comfort pro vacuums and loved them but this one I have had several problems with from having to repeatedly reset motor to problems with cheap attachmentsThe easy glide carpet Tool just breaks I have one that is a couple years old and great but this one broke quickly and the replacement broke quicker I’m assuming this batch has bad glue or plasticThe metal extension pole also brokeI would recommend saving money and don’t get the premium model

This vacuum is a great product. It has made floor cleaning so much easier. Although it's a little on the heavy side for me (5'3" tall), it's fully adjustable with the use of shoulder, chest and abdomen straps--which goes a long way toward making it as comfortable as possible. It has more tools than I've been able to use as yet. The ones I use regularly have been very effective in reaching areas that I couldn't before or just better cleaning the areas I could reach. I was using a dust mop before (which so often only redistributes the dust), but this cleans thoroughly. It also uses HEPA filter bags and a system of removal (to replace bag) that keeps dust trapped in bag rather than releasing it back into the air. There are so many features to like about this vacuum. I also had occasion, right after I received the vac, to call customer service to get some help installing an attachment collar. Their representative was professional and eager to help me successfully finish set up. Great customer service is invaluable!I shopped/researched for many months before finding and choosing this vacuum. I'm glad I took my time and chose this vac.

Solves the problem! This vacuum is extremely well made - very precise and well engineered. Works better than any vacuum I've ever owned or used. Much quieter than other vacuums. We have 3 kids and 4 pets. We have tile floors and two depths of carpet. One of the tools is for carpet and hard floors. This is the one that we use and IT WORKS! It comes with other tools and two bags. Except for the HEPA bags that you can buy here or direct from the company, all the other parts are washable.
