This has been difficult to use. Our first time and the thread is not punching in properly. Now we have huge holes in our canvas.

This is a really cute kit, the first thing I noticed is that it includes the correct sized punch needle which is not always the case. This allows the yarn to flow smoothly while working.The image is clearly printed on the canvas which comes pre stretched.There is a nice backing to attach once you have completed punching.The issue is removing the project from the frame may be challenging, but overall this is a great kit that will teach beginners a new skill or have a new pattern for someone experienced.With everything included this is a great value for the price and will produce hours of fun for adults or kids who complete the project.

This is an excellent punch needle kit. I’ve done several of these kits and this is by far my favorite. The hook and canvas are properly sized for each other, which can be a real issue with other kits. The canvas is very forgiving and pliable, as it should be. The yarn is super soft and pretty. The design is fun and the end product honestly looks so good. I’m so happy with it! Only cons with this kit: the punch needle itself did give out on me at the end and I kind of had to hold it in place to keep it from collapsing. Also, I ran out of the light pink yarn and had just enough black. Any of these issues are probably a result of my personal artistic style because I like to get extra textured with my punch needle so just be cognizant of how much yarn you’re using and how hard you’re punching. Also, the template doesn’t exactly line up with the image shown on the box or the site, so you do have to be a bit creative with your design and making it work. Still, it’s a lovely kit and well worth the money. I absolutely love the tiny, sharp scissors that were included. Good buy!
