Prompt shipping. Item as described. Installed easily once the hole was cut.Recommend including a template for the size of the hole to be cut in the wall. Did my own 2-1/8” x 3-5/8” template out of a piece of cardboard from the box the units came in. Made it a LOT easier to locate and mark the hole! Methinks they could add such a simple rectangle outline on their box.

when pushing the button, the holes are not opening wide enough. you have to push harder with tool. Don't break it while doing this.
