HOW TO MEASURE 1.5" TUBE OPENING OR INNER HOLE - Fits square tube inside hole or opening - (from 1.23 inch up to 1.33 inch) or (from 31.29 mm up to 33.88 mm). IMPORTANT: Will not fit a (1.5" inch or 38mm) inside square hole or opening.
HOW TO MEASURE 1.5" TUBE OUTER DIMENSIONS - Fits square tube outer dimensions (1.5" inch or 38mm). IMPORTANT: Will not fit a (1.5" inch or 38mm) inside square hole or opening.

Great price, fits perfectly! The steel support tubes were inundated with wasp nests! Since I was rebuilding the sideboards and restoring the frame, might as well go the whole 9 yards and close the ends of the tubing! (and I don't weld) Local hardware stores had the size I needed, so...on to the Amazon website! Eureka!

I purchased these to block the ends of the railings on a carport/shed. I purchased the wrong size and had to return them but will be reordering the correct size soon. The ones I got were too small for my building but they looked just like what I was needing just a larger version. I will be getting the right ones soon.

I ordered for my wine barrel stands. I have 2 half barrels cut length wise on metal stands in my garden. I had wasps making nests in the open tube ends. Having them capped off solves the problem. However I should have ordered 10 instead of 8. Pay attention to both inner and outer measurement so you get the right fit. I had to use a mallot to get them in and it looks great.

These square end cap plugs are exactly as described. They go in easy with a rubber mallet and a set of 8 of these end cap plugs (on the 4 legs) with a can of spray paint turned my small work table frame from a rusty piece of metal going to the metal recycling bin to a usable work table frame.
