They're very gentle on the floor as well.If you need something lifted up an inch, I can recommend these.We put them under the bed and they handle a king size bed plus box spring plus people

These are well made sturdy little wood block risers. They worked well to lift my king size bed. I needed extra clearance to slide underbed storage on wheels in and out. These worked well for that purpose. They are a good value.
