items fit very well, changing from the one piece to this multi piece weight and vent pipe gives much better pieceof mind as to the actual pressure inside the canner.

This part is something a friend thought I would be interested in as my original one was defective. This one actually shows how much pressure you have on the cooker so you can adjust for more or less. It is a lot safer than what I was using.

Its great, very happy it made it. Ordered this a few weeks ago and after a mess up with my amazon orders I thought I might not even get it. My canner is from the 80s and I really don't mind the old petcock valve style but this shiny new Pipe and weight will renew my AA and bring it into the 21 century. Long live my All American 925.

I had a older pressure cooker with a 20 lb blow off instead of a steam weight that I needed a 10 lb for.Thanks and it all works great.

This worked perfectly to upgrade my vintage All American 915, 15 quart canner.The threads are 1/8-inch NPT.The quality of the machining of the parts is nice.

I got this pressure regulator for my All-American 915 pressure cooker, after I somehow lost the jiggler. I did not replace the vent pipe, so I haven't used that part of this product.The first thing I did was weigh the product. While the shape of the tunnel plays a part in pressure regulation, the weight of this one was similar enough (difference of 3 grams) to what All-American says is the weight of theirs that I felt confident in proceeding.The item fits on the manufacturer's vent pipe. Pressure immediately began building, and the product jiggled exactly as expected at 10 pounds. I didn't have any issues canning.
