This seat cushion is very comfortable to sit while working. The size is perfect for me and firm. I highly recommend for those who has sciatic and it helps relieved pain.

I recently found myself right back in a wheelchair after a stroke. I was worried about comfort since I’ve broken my tailbone. Bought this in hopes it would alleviate some of the pressure & pain of remaining in a seated position all the time, & I was not let down! It alleviates the pressure of being seated particularly in the tailbone region. Paired with a lumbar support pillow, & my back aches a lot less than before. It supports proper posture, is very functional, & fits perfectly in a standard wheelchair (as well as other chairs). The contoured shape also helps to keep my legs in position.

Used this after back surgery and the lack of pressure on my tailbone was the difference between being able to sit at my desk and *not*. It's comfortable, retains it's shape, and fits beautifully on my desk chair.

This serve as a warnign for people who are small or skinny, for reference I'm 5"4 133lbs and my hips circumference is 38 inches and when I sit on it instead of my butt fully resting on the cushion it sits half in the hole half on the cushion and it's actually making my scatia pain a lot worse then when I sit with nothing on my chair. Simply put, I felt like I was a child trying to seat in a cushion clearly made for adults and not for kids.
