This is a standard pneumatic screen door closer for medium weight wood or aluminum outswinging doors. It has a 10-1/2 inch long barrel and has an aluminum finish. It comes complete with mounting brackets and attaching hardware, and features an adjustable closing speed.

This fixed our door easily. My husband only took about 10 minutes to install. The directions were easy to follow. Our door wasn't shutting and this made it shut and it shut nicely without slamming. It's very durable and made of good quality. It fit perfectly for what we needed it for our screen door. Overall it's performance is great! And so was the adjustability.

Never replaced a “door closer” until today. I watched a video I found online about four times and zoomed in the diagram for it. Needed my power drill and had to pre drills some new holes but I am thrilled !!!!! It works great and I had no idea about that little tightening screw. Great product very happy !!!!!!

My screen door needed different fittings than the ones included. I had to reuse the old fittings. There is an adjustment you may have to make at the end of it to get the door to close properly. I couldn't adjust mine to slam at the last instant so that the door gets firmly closed, so I frequently have to come back and pull the door closed myself.

I purchased two of these for replacement of worn out closers. I didn’t need to bother with the hardware, I just used existing parts. If hardware is not in the packaging, check the shipping box: I thought one did not include hardware but I later found it in the shipping box. Just measure the length of the body of the closer you’re replacing before you order. Easy install & adjustment. If you don’t know how to adjust how fast or slow the door closes, just do a Google search.
