This closet door roller assembly is constructed of a steel bracket and a plastic carriage. The bracket’s base measures 2-1/4 inch x 3/4 inch, and it features 3 plastic rollers that are spaced apart 13/16 inch on center. The wheels are constructed of durable plastic which provide for a smooth, long-lasting, quiet operation, and they feature 3/4 inch diameter flat edges. These roller assemblies mount on the tops of by-pass sliding doors, bi-fold doors and pocket doors. They are adjustable once installed, and they are used by a variety of pocket door manufacturers. These roller assemblies fit into 1-1/8 inch wide track (inside dimension, wall-2-wall).

The original rollers had metal clasps that did not grip tightly enough, so the door would actually fall off the roller during travel. These have a nylon clasp that snap firmly into place. While I haven’t taken the trailer anywhere since installing, they feel much better than the original.

This was the only place I could find replacement rollers for the kitchen drain trolley in my Monaco. They were almost identical to the originals and worked great to repair the kitchen sink drain.

These rollers are not made well. After installing these on a solid wood door, the rollers wouldn’t even roll. They skidded down the track. The surface of the rollers had rough spots probably from the molding process and the rollers themselves pitch in at the top when weight is applied causing them to possibly rub the top of the roller body. Buy Johnson rollers they are the only roller I’ll buy from now on.

BEWARE OF SIZE. Previously ordered one similar described as "ONE SIZE" with no other dimension information. MISTAKE - turns out wheels were 1" diameter! Had to take time to return and reorder a kit properly described with 3/4" wheels required for my doors.Just installed...easy, perfect fit, works properly for my 40 year old doors.
