I have a warmblood so I was a little suspicious of the one size fits all. But they r perfect. A friend w a normal sized thoroughbred has the same set and they work great for her horse too. Very disappointed to see that part of the inner nylon has already ripped after only 1 trailer ride. The outside is sturdy, but the inside is not.

Very long. My quarter horse is 14.2 hands and these are too tall for him. But they are well made and give great protection. But because they are nylon covered on both sides, they make his legs sweat in weather over 75 degrees
