I used one set of bottom mount drawer glides identical to these on a two drawer cabinet retrofit project at our summer cottage, and one set of side mount glides. The bottom mount glides have been much nicer to live with. This pair of bottom mount glides are about to be installed like the first pair, in place of the side mount ones.Well made, nice performance.

I ordered two pairs of these drawer slides to make some workbench drawers for my shop. I tend to get carried away when filling the drawers, so the 80 pound rating of these drawer slides was just what I needed. I really like the fact that the drawer can be easily lifted from the slides and moved to the top of the bench. The self closing feature means the partially closed drawer will not be left in a position where I will bump into it. I thought there was some mistake when I received the package, it was too heavy for just two pair, but I was fooled, these things are really beefy. I think the 80 pound rating may be rather conservative. Since I plan to put some weight into the finished drawers, I really like the attachment to the bottom of the drawers, very embarrassing to open a drawer and have the bottom fall out. The slides are attached to the sides of the cabinet and the drawer just sits on the slides, much easier to fit.

I got this set as a replacement for my cabinets. I redone my kitchen about 5 years back and apparently I got a bad batch of drawer slides on the cabinets. The slides are similar to these but they all had one particular piece on them that was defective and the all broke. So I been replacing a set 9f these every month. These newer slides do not have piece that was the problem. They been redesigned not to use that piece. Anyway these slides are very strong and smooth. The soft closer is a nice feature that you will like. Even with the trouble I had with the old ones, still recommended these slides.

For what it’s worth, the picture is the piece that I attempted to use these slides in…the picture is taken after I took them out and used Blum slides…which came out exactly right, the first time, just like I expected. I’ve installed several hundred undermount drawer slides in my life, mostly Blum. I get that these are an imported copy and I don’t expect them to be 100% as good. I will say they are functional and that may be good enough for many users. But there are several reasons these don’t compare.First, not a deal breaker, but the ones I got were covered in machining oil. If you’re installing these in a piece of nicely finished (or even worse, unfinished) cabinetry or furniture, you risk contaminating the surfaces with this oil. Seems like a minor problem until you have oil smears on your new white cabinets or your water-based poly doesn’t want to stick because there is oil contaminating the surfaces.Second, the fixing brackets that attach the slides to the drawers are pretty inferior, even compared to other imported undermount slides. Many undermount slides these days have a 3 axis adjustment on the fixing brackets, which makes setting drawer fronts accurately much easier. These have 1 axis, up and down.Lastly, and most importantly, the amount of play and the inconsistency in their position makes setting drawer fronts much, much harder. Trust me on this. If you have overlay drawers, you won’t notice. If you’re trying to set inset drawers with tight reveals, you won’t be happy. The amount of play side by side, up and down, and front to back is easily 1/8”-3/16” without really exerting much force on the drawers, and they don’t really want to return to the same position when they’re closed. To each their own, and believe me, I don’t want to spend $35 on a pair of drawer slides either. But I just learned my lesson and the money saved is not worth the hassle of trying to get a good result with them. Save these for the workbench drawers or other non-critical applications.

These soft-close rails are super nice. They're easy to install, they're strong, and I don't seem to have any issues with opening and closing after installation.

I bought these for some custom drawers in my workbench. They work great! They were heavier than expected, so I think they should hold up for a long time. Soft close works as expected. Fairly easy to install. Overall, no complaints. Hard to beat the price.
