I love the concept of this bread slicer, it does make cutting uniform slices easier. t does well holding the bread in place so you can cut without it moving and messing up each slice. The set holds a large loaf of sourdough which will make eating entire loaves easy when you don't have to cut as you go. I also think having the crumb catcher will make cutting bread so much less a messy endeavor, and the set is easy to clean. It folds up small for storage, which is ideal as I don't have a lot of storage space.HOWEVER, my biggest complaint is that the size of the slices are much thicker than I'd like. I think the slices are ideal for quick breads (banana/zucchini etc) but for yeast loaves or sourdough, it's way to thick to use as a replacement for sandwich bread. I was hoping there was a way to adjust how thick each slice is and unfortunately that was not the case.I love the concept of this design, I think it's got great potential to be even better if there was a way to adjust thickness. I'd def buy this again as it's going to make slicing bread much easier and quicker even if they are bigger slices than I'd like!
