I got this for our backyard family fun nights, and am very pleased with it!! It's the perfect size, easy to set up and nicely built. The net works great for all of your needs. It holds tension well, which was a big problem with our previous net. It looks like a professional net in our backyard...if only it could make us look more like professional players, lol! Everything looks as good as the picture. All of the game items it came with are nice quality. I think this would make a great gift for a family, especially if they like to try to make memories together playing games and whatnot.

When I first unpacked this volleyball net set, I knew it wasn’t messing around. It came with *everything* you’d need for a full-on game with adjustable poles, anti-sag net, boundary lines, a scoreboard, even a hammer to secure it. I’ve set it up in the backyard and taken it out to the park, and each time it’s been a hit with family and friends.Setup ExperienceThe push-button locking system makes the poles easy to assemble, though it’s definitely faster with a second set of hands. I was a little stumped by the “instructions,” since they’re more like a parts list than an actual guide, but everything is intuitive enough to figure out. Setting up the boundary lines took a bit longer because I had to mark the center with a tape measure, but that’s a small hiccup in the grand scheme of things.Sturdiness and DesignThis set feels durable. The net is taut thanks to the winch system, and it’s held up against windy days without sagging. I was impressed by the fixed plates for extra stability, which made it perfect for softer ground at the park. The poles are solid and don’t buckle under pressure, though I wouldn’t recommend leaving them out overnight or in bad weather. The volleyball included isn’t top-notch; it feels plasticky, but I will be replacing it anyhow.Playing ExperienceHaving a scoreboard included added a competitive edge to our games. The boundary lines were helpful too, though rolling them back up for storage was a little tedious. This was pretty easy to set up by myself. The "instructions" were basically just a manifest of what was in the box, but it was all fairly self-explanatory. And I appreciate extra touches like the winding spool to help put things away at the end and the boundary tapes. Everything worked as expected, even with a good bit of wind. I was impressed with how effectively the guy wires on the ends of the net retained tension. The net itself has a tensioner that kept the net from sagging, even when it was hit with the ball. I have two concerns that kept this from a 5-star review. First, after an hour or so of use, something inside the ball began to rattle. It sounded like some rubber from the interior bladder must have broken loose. It didn't obviously affect the ball's flight, but that can't be a good thing for the long term. Thankfully, the ball may be the least important part of this kit for me. The other negative - which stuck out like a sore thumb because everything else was engineered so thoughtfully - is that the sideline boundary tapes are not labeled or marked. So, in order to line them up properly, I had to pull out my 25-foot tape measure, measure the whole thing, and then make my own mark in the middle of each 60-foot tape. So much easier for them to just sew on a mark for the middle. Those boundary tapes were also the most time-consuming thing to put away, as I had to roll them back up. I would have appreciated something to use for that.Apart from those negatives, I was pleased with how easy it was to take everything down and pack up in the included bag. We'll be using this in the back yard a lot and may even take it out to the beach this summer.
