We really loved the design of this tub at first — the jets work great and the soaking experience is very relaxing. It’s a nice setup for a compact space, but it’s important to note that the size is definitely on the smaller side. Anyone over about 5’8” may find it a bit cramped when trying to fully stretch out.Unfortunately, while the jets themselves function well, the quality around the jet housings was disappointing. After just about a month of regular use, we noticed that the plastic surrounding several jets had started to crack. We’re not sure why this happened, as the tub was used properly and carefully.If I had the chance to do it over, I would invest in a higher-end unit. Once a tub like this is installed, it’s not simple to swap out — removing it would require tearing out the surrounding shower and tile work, which would cost many times more than the tub itself.At this point, we’re hoping the company will offer a solution or warranty support, but we have not yet heard back. Until then, I can’t fully comment on their customer service experience.Overall, it’s a beautiful tub with nice features, but the material quality leaves something to be desired for long-term use. If you’re considering it, definitely weigh the convenience against the risk of needing repairs down the line.
