EZ to assemble, This projector and laptop stand has been incredibly versatile, even for my drum machine and MIDI keyboard setup! The dual shelves and adjustable height make it perfect for creating a custom workstation, and it rolls around easily when I need to rearrange. While it's designed for projectors, it's clear this stand is robust enough to handle a variety of tech, making it super handy for any setup

This is a sturdy stand. I am currently typing from it, ha. I wanted a separate laptop station for the right height and angle without having the bulk of a desk, as I'm using a swing space and all I really want is access to the laptop. It works for my needs. I included assembly photos and the shortest and tallest heights - this wouldn't work for a standing laptop workstation. Details follow:This is a simple solution and quite sturdy. It came out of the box already in its storage bag, which was promising, until I learned how to assemble it...The platform that holds the projector or laptop is the widest piece by far, so it smartly folds in half for storage. However, you have to completely unbolt it (4 finger-bolts) in order to fold it in half. I think the flat case could be for this to be stored separately from the bag, but if you undo 2 of the bolts, it will fold in half while still attached to the bracket. I like the foam padding included to protect your tech, and the platform itself is fully metal and can handle whatever weight without trouble. Once you've tightened it down all the way, it's very stable. For the price, I'm impressed with the different ways I could use this and what it lacks in quick portability, it makes up for in the metal assembly.

The ORWOD Store, Projector Stand Tripod Adjustable from 26" to 38", Foldable Laptop Floor Stand with Lift Switch, Tripod for Projector with Carry Bag,Portable Podium Stand for Office, Home,Stage, Studio, Dj RacksOverall, this protector/laptop stand as designed for portability in mind. Seemingly the stand is made with a select use of materials that makes up its overall functionality, sturdiness, durability, and compactness. The take way of it all. Said and done , the stand is lightweight. The whole assembly can breakdown and fold up to Sama and convenient compact ann efficient size. All of it will fit into a small travel sized storage bag, and this, even includes the tray. The tray folds in half to fit into the very same travel bag as the tripod stand. When the easy set up is accomplished, and that’s after all the parts fit and settle in perfectly into its assigned place. The stand performs with a real stability and functionality..There are minimal plastic parts, and are limited to the clamps used in the adjustable height function on the tripod and the knobs used to hand tighten the workings down and snug to resist drifting and sagging.I am very well please and quite happy. This a very handsome laptop/projector stand build, made of worth and stability. A great value for the money and well worth the consideration. Highly recommended.

OVERALL: A nicely designed, sturdy stand with versatility that packs up small into included carry bags. Seems like good value for the money, but pay attention to the details to make sure it will suit your needs and expectations.PROS:+ Easy to put together. Instructions are clear.+ Versatile design will allow this stand to be used for many things.+ Relatively sturdy, especially how the legs lock into place and the angle of the tray (see CONS also).+ The feet are relatively non-slip.+ Includes 2 carry bags, one for when it is disassembled and folded up, the other that will accommodate the tray in the unfolded/in-use configuration.NEUTRAL:o The metal parts of the stand are strongly magnetic. As far as I know (not a materials scientist), most aluminum alloys are only weakly magnetic, so I'm skeptical that this is actually an aluminum alloy. However, it is still relatively light weight and strong, so it's up to you whether you care that it is actually aluminum alloy or not.o The looks are nothing special. It's just a stand.o It comes with 2 elastic bands to help secure items to the tray. I would not trust them with heavy or especially valuable/expensive objects, but they are better than nothing and are fully removeable if you don't want them.o The tray edges go all the way around. This will be good for some, but may be not so good for others. For example, if you have a slightly oversized object like a large laptop that only barely fits into the tray, there may be interference between the sides and the cables. That could be too much pressure or wear on a cord. That said, it seems to be possible to mount the tray upside down so the lips face down instead of up. This would lose the anti-slide off feature of the tray lips, but it would allow a larger object to be fixed to the tray or placed on with the tray flat, and not have that interference.o The upright has 3 holes for the brace that holds the legs in place to screw into. There are only 3 but the legs could be positioned along a much wider range along the upright post. The holes are ~3/4" apart, given a very small range of adjustment to the legs in their most sturdy configuration. If you will be placing heavy items on this stand, you should be aware of this limitation. For lighter weight items, it may be sufficient to just use pressure against the post with the locking screw to hold the legs in the position you want. It may not hold 45 lbs if the screw isn't located in one of these holes.o In two corners of the tray (see picture for 1), there is an extra hole with no stated use that I could find, and the foam is cut out to expose 1 of them. That could come in handy for something. Maybe for locking a device to the tray. Could function as drainage, too, but I'd be worried about needing drainage near electronics!CONS:- The product description claims that it can support up to 45 lbs. I tested with 20lbs out of the box, and the upper clamp slipped. There is an adjustment available on that latch, and an included hex key to make the adjustment with, but there are no instructions for how to adjust it. However, I think it should arrive from the factory already set up to hold the weight they claim. I almost took off 1 star for that, but since it is adjustable and otherwise a very nice stand, I didn't for the sake of people who just look at stars.- The "non-slip mat" is not at all what I expected. In the images, it looks thicker, like an exercise mat, and more like a small, closed cell foam. It's actually just a thin piece of open cell foam (see picture). The item you place on it might not slide on the mat, and it might be protected from scratches from the tray, but the mat can slide on the tray and fold up, effectively allowing the object to slide also. I would not consider it a security feature; just some light cushioning.- There is a little 'manufacturing' smell (oil, creosote, something like that), especially on the bags. It is not strong, but is noticeable.
