Great tool for drying foundation wall, torching down roofing, burning weeds or starting an instant campfire.ProsThis is a well-made tool.The wand comes in two sections. If you need to do close up work such as doing a roof repair, just leave the center section out. If you want to be able to reach out and torch the weeds on the sidewalk, use the full length.Good quality hose. I was surprised (pleasantly) by the fully machined brass tank connector.The includes an adapter so you can also attach the hose to a small propane or MEP cylinder. That's a real plus when you don't want to lug a 20 pound tank around.The fuel control works extremely well. You can dial in using the dial. In addition, squeezing the hand grip lets you blast away.We needed to dry a concrete block wall for painting. We dried 200 square feet of block wall in about an hour.ConsThe electronic igniter can be finicky. It seems to work best if you slip two fingers under the igniter rim and push the button with your thumb. It's an awkward solution when gas is flowing.

It's really easy to set up and ignite. There's a lot of different flame adjustment options for different projects. He heat output can get really high. It's a quality item and excellent purchase.

Weird to say about tools but this is fun to use. Definitely gets the job done and takes care of weeds and I have even use it for thicker spider webs in some areas around my house. Flame is good size, easy to control, and pretty cost effective rather than continuing to purchase weed killer.

I have to say I wish I bought one of these a long time ago!! I had been using Roundup everywhere to kill the poison ivy and other weeds. Plus I have a small gravel driveway next to my main driveway. The weeds keep popping through on that. This takes them out for a much lower cost. MUCH lower! I actually had an old hand truck outside, so I put a propane tank on that with cable ties. So I can roll it all around. With the long hose (15-20' I guess) you don't have to move the tank around much anyway. I really do wish I got one sooner. I don't know why I never bought one before! Really made my life easier, and no more worries about poison ivy again (I would get it every year)

This propane weed torch works great. I bought one earlier, but returned it because the turbocharger trigger did not work correctly (it would stick in the open position). Amazon sent a replacement which worked just fine.What I like about it. (1) Easy to light with its automatic ignition feature, (2) easy adjustable flame, (3) chemical-free weed control, and (4) an 11.5-foot hose (super nice as I can centrally place the propane canister and clear weeds in a 20’ diameter. I have the flexibility to move around).
