I could tell this product was quality. While I haven't used it yet in a real situation (thankfully!), testing it made it clear that the electrical arc is loud and intimidating, exactly what you'd want to stop a threat without even needing physical contact. It’s a huge deterrent just by sound alone. And I appreciate the built-in rechargeable battery. The safety switch and LED indicator are thoughtful touches, making it both easy and safe to use.If you're looking for peace of mind for personal safety, this is an incredible value for the price. I will be recommending to my family and friends.

I was not expecting the power that this delivers. I feel very comfortable that if anyone is intending harm on my daughter and she hits them with this once they will not continue to move forward. The sound alone prior to engaging is a deterrent - it tells you that this has some power! I’m very happy with this purchase.
