I ordered this pull-rite adapter system for my truck. It came in arrived in a timely manner and was delivered right to our garage. Unfortunately it did not fit my trucks PUC System and that is no fault of the Pull-rite company. My truck did not have a “factory installed” system that was compatible with the product ordered. It was returned with no issue.

Product is good and heavy. Works great in 2022 F-350 puck system. Only complaint is Pullrite needs to do a better job in packaging. The card board box it came in was all to pieces. Card board isn't the best to use with a package of this weight along with all the parts. Dont blame UPS pullrite. The cardboard can't take to abuse so be better.

Adapter came in a box that was torn with a gaping hole. Consequently the bag of pins inside was torn and as we assembled we discovered some cotter pins missing. This is a good adapter but very heavy, not sure how to get replacement pins.

I would love to give 5 stars. However, arrived with plastic bag with pins and pin clips was open and ended up missing one small hitch pin clip. Other than that, it fit perfectly and was easy to install.

Great fit for the factor Ford fifth wheel prep package. Box was completely destroyed by the time this heavy arrived. I was happy to have all the parts.
