This is a really perfect microphone for singing and recording at home. My husband and his friends have been writing songs, and ordered this to give them the opportunity to record them. It was easy to set up and basically plug and play. The sound quality is great! Its the perfect size too. We are definitely happy with this microphone!

Can’t get over the sound quality this mic produces for such a low cost! My son has recently started doing youtibe videos and podcasts and wanted a mic but I didn't want to spend too much money and now I realise i didn't need to as this is fantastic. He's noticed that it does a really good job of cutting out back ground noise and only focsing on his voice which is clear and perfect for uploading to videos etc as voice overs.

When you have to sing, you just have to sing and to do that with style, you need a good microphone. I went with this one because of its features that help bring my voice into the here and now instead of letting it live in the past. It has an adjustable shock mount which minimizes the amount of outside background noises and vibrations. The cardioid condenser mic has a nice large diaphragm helping me to achieve great quality sound when I sing, and when the microphone does its job and focuses more on the voice and significantly decreases the ambient sound around you which does not mix well with a singing voice.This is made with very rugged aluminum housing it is designed to last and stand up to all sorts of things, even those podcasters. It also comes with an anti-wind foam cap, and altogether I have found myself geeking out over and about this microphone often. This makes me very happy.

This condenser microphone made a huge improvement to my audio recordings, compared to the USB mic that I had been using. This microphone does a better job of picking up only my voice and eliminating background noise. It has a cardioid pickup pattern that registers sound primarily from front and center so it doesn’t pick up background noise. The shock mount is great from reducing vibrational noise or noise associated with me re-orienting the mic. I bought a boom arm and windscreen to pair with it and the combo makes for a great setup. I think it performs impressively well for its price.
