Hat itself is good. Did not receive the intervals for it. Not sure what happened, package was open in the Amazon box it was sent in.

The inner liner of the helmet not as comfortable. I have to change to the Fibremetal ones. Overall, not too bad.

The factory plastic packaging bag is open on one side, so I think the unattached inner suspension can fall out in the warehouse.The Amazon online return system kept failing for me when trying to return just 1 hard hat as it was trying to verify my known good credit card. The lack of personalized customer support is not confidence building. A phone number or even an email address to contact customer support should be part of their system.The hard hat seems well made and fits good when all the pieces are included. The inner suspension comes separate in the bag from the outer shell, so you need to assemble it.Was able to use https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us to get item returned and replacement ordered.

I bought one like this one 4 years ago, best comfortable hardhat ever. It fits right. The harness is very durable. I highly recommend this product
