Really solid towel warmer. It's a game changer if you have not had one and it's easily adjustable and looks sleek. Really easy to install on the wall and gives a nice toasty feeling to towels and helps dry them as well. It is a little pricey but it really helps, especially on cold morning right out of the shower. Alternative to the towel warmer basket and again nice to dry towels with ease.

We purchased this back in the fall of 2024 for a bathroom remodel and finally finished the bathroom and had it installed by a licensed electrician. It looked beautiful. We put a towel on the warmer, set the timer and left the house. We came back about six hours later to a terrible burning, smell and found the towel almost in flames. The touch control screen had melted, and the heater never turned off. The unit itself actually burned after just a few hours of use. If we had not come home in time, who knows what could have happened. In doing research, I found that for something like a towel warmer you should not go for the cheap products but the more expensive ones which have an automatic shut off if the temperature gets too hot. Buyer beware this is a dangerous product if defective.

Talk about a bathroom upgrade that makes every shower feel like a spa day! The temperature is just warm enough to feel luxurious without crossing into that "ouch, that's hot!". The installation was refreshingly straightforward (even for someone who usually needs a YouTube tutorial for hanging a picture frame), and the digital controls let me schedule having more control with zero fuss. While it does take about 5-10 minutes to reach the perfect temperature, that minor wait is totally worth it when you're wrapping yourself in toasty warmth on a chilly morning. Trust me once you experience the comfort of a warm towel after your shower, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it!

Very light and easy to mount. Comes with all the hardware you need. Make sure you mount it close to an outlet because it needs to be plugged in. The rack has a power control on the side which lets you set the temperature as well as a shut off time. It will even remember your last setting and start there the next time you use it. It will be nice to have a warm towel when I come out of the tub, especially in this winter season.

Imagine if you will that you never had a dripping wet towel again, and instead had warm, or even hot towels to wrap yourself in or use during a shave at all times with little effort at all? Well that's what this product does. I am blown away by it. Every home I live in absolutely must have one of these, or I'll feel like I'm living in poverty housing. All you need is a few drywall anchors and a power outlet near where you're mounting this thing, and you can control and program the rack to heat your towels right in time for your morning shave and shower. Highly recommend.

This heated towel rack is easy to use. It heats the towels up to a nice amount so they're toasty for when you get out of the shower or bath. You can also hang your bathrobe on it so it's nice and warm when you put it on. If you're the sort of household that prefers to keep its bathroom door closed, the towel rack can also serve to warm the room up so the air is a nicer temperature when you're showering. The rack is well made and sturdy, and for me a welcome addition to the bathroom.

This Towel Warmer comes with an intelligent Touch Screen Timer and definitely provides fast heating of your towels. Now we step out of the shower with warmth and comfort. Its like having a spa in your bathroom. We love it!

I am finishing my basement and order this from my lower level bathroom for my sons. I saw negative reviews before, but I myself have not had any problems. It was easy to set up an easy wire. It’s not winter yet, but my son has used it and it does work. I feel when it gets colder in the winter months and the basement is colder. This will get used significantly more.

This heated towel rack is pretty good but not perfect. I noticed that at times it does struggle to heat up or tends to get hotter on certain bars than others. I do use this every shower but it could be better. I am comfortable using it as its very sleek and modern but the heat could be an issue for someone who is a perfectionist.
