RF Remote Control Pairing Instructions:
(1) Within 5 seconds after the receiver is turned on, press the Light and HI buttons on the remote control simultaneously (the LEDs on the remote control buttons flash at the same time) until you hear three beeps from the receiver.

RF Remote Control Clear/Reset Instructions:
(1) Select the remote control to be reset.
(2) Simultaneously press the STOP and 2H buttons of the remote control within 5 seconds after the receiver is turned on until a long beep is heard.

Ottimo ricevitore/scheda per ventilatori da soffitto. Facile da collegare, telecomando incluso nella confezione, e non avete il problema di sostituire direttamente il ventilatore. Con una piccola spesa sostituite questo e il ventilatore torna a girare come appena acquistato.

I connected the device to the fan. The light is working but on the fan the motor creates an abnormal loud noise and it does not spin. It also caused power trips.

Lo instalé hoy y de momento funciona perfectamente. Lo he utilizado para sustituir el modulo de un ventilador FARO modelo MENORCA que me estaba dando problemas con la luz, fallos de mando y ruido del motor. Cambié el fluorescente tubular con reactancia por una bombilla led y puse el nuevo módulo. Las conexiones son fáciles de identificar siguiendo las que ya tenía el módulo del ventilador anterior, encaja bien en la parte superior y queda oculto por el embellecedor. Un poco elevada la velocidad mínima

The older remote which this replaced was here for about 6 yrs and finally started acting stubborn so we were lucky to find exact thing and the pairing instructions were perfect - easy breezy!

It works, but not 100% satisfied.It's way too big for my fan housing so I had to modify it too fit outside and next to the fan. I drilled holes in the case in order to secure it to the ceiling.The wires are too short and could be a couple of inches longer for more mounting options.The loud beeping for every button push on the remote is annoying. Tried all the fixes and still beeps.The fan speeds are way slower than before the install. The med is low. And the high is like medium. I even disconnected the light option to see if more power would be redistributed to the fan cable.Update: After experimenting with it more, I figured out that the old setting, when the pull switch broke, was left on low. I opened up the section of the fan with the pull switch, and found a way to manipulate the broken switch to be set on the high setting. Now the fan works great with the remote control settings. So make sure your fan setting is on high before installing this control kit.Also if the setting was left to the off position, then the fan will not work with the control until the setting is fixed.The black box gets hotter than I'm comfortable with. The internal design seems too cheap, and adds to my fears of it burning up.My fan pull switch chain broke off, and I was hoping this would be a better option.3 stars because it solved my initial problem, but it's not worth the $14 I paid for it. I can't return it because I "damaged" the plastic case.I have some exposed beams in the ceiling so it wasn't a big deal to mount it outside, but now there's this chunky black box sticking out.

Works pretty well, every time you select a fan speed the control ramp up to maximum speed for very few moment, this action provoked that the fan blades gain speed before down to the selected speed. That feature makes the fan get the right speed faster than regular fans that star in the same speed that they should work. I didn’t tested the auto shut down (timer) but is a must have to save energy.Downside is the construction looks cheap. Little concerned of the internal circuit quality.

I bought this to replace the wireless receiver and remote on my ceiling fan. To my dissatisfaction, my fan's remote and receiver didn't last more than 2 years. A great disappointment from a fairly expensive fan. So I went looking for a replacement and the local fan store was a little to pricey for me so I went to my trusty Amazon account. I found this setup and with Prime, I had it in 2 days. I squeezed it up into the original location and so far it works like a charm. It had an audio beep signal when you press it which I like. Buttons are easy to read and it has a sleep timer to set it to turn off automatically. GREAT product. I hope it last longer than the OEM setup. But at 15.99, not a deal breaker if I have to replace in a couple of years.

Despite the description, this cannot be used with ANY fan. Maybe it’s my ignorance of fans.....but I have very basic, simple fans and immediately upon opening these I knew they wouldn’t work. You are supposed to be able to hide the device inside the motor cover of the fan but this device was way too big for hiding in my fans. This is appropriate for a large fan or one already designed to have a remote. That should be specified on the listing. Also there aren’t really instructions. There are just images, and it’s not simplistic for those of us who aren’t mechanical.

Easy to install. Worked right away. Glad I read the other reviews for a VERY important piece of install info! You have to open up the receiver box to pull out the antenna. It's tucked inside and doesn't work without this step. Other than that, it's a breeze!I don't mind the beeps. But, if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, you may want to shop for a silent remote.Cheap and works fine is a win-win in my book.
