When you tighten the bulk head fitting the rubber gasket rolled up and would not seal.

I've purchased weldless 2" TC fittings from other companies that have all used 48mm holes, but this one seems to be much larger and won't fit in the same opening as the others. If you purchase this, you'll need a larger carbide bit or punch than the typical 48mm size that others use. It looks like you'd need something around 56mm to actually slide the bulkhead through.

I've bought several of these and they are all very good except the profile is a little small. Most of these weldless bulkheads seem to suffer the same problem where the length of ferrule is pretty small. Just enough room to tighten the clamp, but not much more.

I ordered five of these. Received three and some other random parts that were labeled as the weldless bulkheads but were not (clamps, end caps). We'll see how the return goes. I'm sure they are expecting all five bulkheads I ordered in the return, but I only received three so I can only send three. I sure hope this doesn't end up being a battle.
