Purchased this stereo for a 2015 Yukon Denali and the more time I have it installed the more I like the system. It took a little time to install but followed the videos and instructions and everything worked out. Just need to be patient, this is not a a quick job. Might set aside 3-4 hours that way you do not damage any of your stock pieces of new set up. Had some issues with Bluetooth but messaged the number on instructions and they messaged me within 5 minutes and walked me through everything.

Although the radio looks nice and works seamlessly, I had to return it, it states in the description that it’s compatible with “2015-2020 Chevy suburban” along with other makes and models, it is not, I have a 2015 Chevy suburban LT 1500 2WD, when you have to select your model in the head unit, only Tahoe is listed. I think because of this, it was unable to link to ChevyMyLink via Bluetooth, could not see it whatsoever. I also think this product will only work if your vehicle has an HMI 2.0/2.5 device which mine doesn’t. During installation, my original head unit had three connection harnesses, “LVDS/ USB” “power cable” and a “male USB type A”, there was no adaptor or even an available port for the “male USB type A” to connect to which may also be why it didn’t work. Very disappointing as I was really excited about this upgrade but I have to go a different route. Beware fellow suburban owners, it’s not compatible, maybe if you have a more recent make and model year, it may work. Just wanted to give a detailed review as there’s very few.

Wasn’t happy at first had a hard time getting customer service to get back in touch with me but when they did we fixed the problem. All in all very happy with the product. It looks and works great. Little FYI when you install the radio be sure to Bluetooth the tablet itself to your radio if you want sound when you play Netflix or YouTube. That was my only problem. Thanks

Programming is not as straight forward as you think but as long as you read the provided radio install instructions carefully, everything will connect and function like it should without issue.

We were missing wireless CarPlay in my Wife's 2018 Tahoe and opposed to trading it in we went this route. Tech support was amazing as I had an issue with the rear backup camera working, got on a chat and quickly had it resolved. Unit works great with existing speakers and now have wireless car play. One bad thing about this unit is you lose your rear temp controls from the front command center. You can still control them from the rear but was nice to be able to turn on/off and control temp in the back from the front of the vehicle. We were so impressed we purchased a second one for our 2016 Silverado and it works great too!

Installation was very easy. I loved the new look of the radio. It booted up fast and paired to the Chevy MyLink. The instructions had QR codes on how to pair the unit to the car. The problem was that they didn't tell you whether to pair your phone to the car or to the unit. I have an Android phone. I Bluetooth connected my phone both to the car and unit. When I used the cars Bluetooth. I could hear my phones music out of the speaker but when I went to use the Android Auto, my music player sound stopped. I tried unpairing and repairing it for over an hour different ways and times. I tried looking at video's online but none of them were any help. I boxed it up and sent it back. I really wanted this one because it allowed me to keep the factory radio and Sirius XM along with my other factory accessories and backup camera. I will try the previous model and see if that will work for me.

What an experience! Didn’t go well at first but once I had the gentleman on the phone that took lll day helping me we had it figured out. 10/10 highly recommend. I am Jeremiah, Sara’s husband.
