I'm extremely frustrated. apparently, they can change their return policy. I've been dealing with this company trying to return the tent I purchased. They are making me pay for the return. I have been emailing with them back and forth for 4 days and this was their final conclusion. Since there was nothing wrong with the tent I have to pay to return it. I purchased this tent to have up through spring & summer for when my kids/grandkids are over. So if it's hot it will shade, if it rains it will block. Well, the first day it was up we had rain and wind, the legs bowed and the tent held water, pools of water that I had to dump, so I took it down and boxed it up. The tent got all stretched out, it's never really sat tight anyways. I let them know I was looking at something more sturdy/permanent. unfortunately, I have to spend more money to get some of my money back, I could use the money I spent on this tent to purchase something else, I was even looking at some of their other products. But since they don't take care of the consumer, I will look elsewhere. They did offer me to keep as a backup and get a partial refund, but I live in a small apartment I have no place to store this. Good luck if you plan to purchase this tent, be sure it's what you need and will work for you because there is no returning it without spending more money. Good luck in your search.
