Whether juicy steak or tender salmon fillet - the quality of the pan is always crucial. With the Expertiso roasting dish, RÖSLE offers an extra large design for special occasions. Due to the dimensions, this is ideal for larger quantities or large roasted food, e.g. for roast goose. The roasting dish is an all-rounder for cooking, stewing or roasting, for casseroles and gratins, with insert for steaming, defrosting and keeping warm, so gentle and nutrient-rich cooking and stewing of meat, fish, poultry and vegetables is possible. The handles are foldable, which makes it possible to use the roasting pan in standard ovens, the lid is made of hardened, shatter-proof glass, which gives direct insight into the delicious dish. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the roasting pan can be easily cleaned and is dishwasher safe.

Les plats en inox 18/10 sont les moins toxiques pour la santé et sont inusables.Je cherchais depuis longtemps ce type de plat avec des bords assez hauts pour éviter les éclaboussures dans le four.Je l'ai trouvé chez Amazon !Je suis satisfaite de mon achat.

I am a former professional chef. I own many pieces of Rösle cooking tools, so when I saw this, I bought it. Obviously, for me to give it 5 stars, it must excel. This unique blend construction helps minimize scalding as well as being quite resistant to food sticking to it. I’ve used it to simmer, prepare Beurre Blanc, and even a small portion of Beef Bourguinon (I removed the glass lid and covered the pot with aluminium foil); and this little pot excelled at all of them. If you typically cook for 1-4 people, this pot deserves your serious consideration.

Es de excelente calidad y se puede notar en cada uno de sus detalles: en la tapa, las asas, la base, en todo. Se las recomiendo muchísimo y es por lejos de las mejores ollas de acero inoxidable que he comprado. Indudablemente es un artículo de cocina de larga vida.

La pentola non è assolutamente da 9 litri ma da 7,5 litri. A conferma la rosle elegance che ha le stesse misure viene data come pentola da 8 litri- Per il resto la pentola è solida e di ottima fattura. Resta il fatto che ho comprato una pentola da nove litri e mi ritrovo con una da 7,5litri

I love cooking healthy meals everyday from scratch. It is a hobby and a passion too. The Expertiso was a must have when I saw it. I love Rosle, I have many of their tools, but this one is one of my favourite to cook entire chicken, decent size turkey, or steaming tamales or veggies for example. It comes with a lid and a steamer basket. The shape is rectangular and the dimensions are big: this time the description is accurate! It is made of 100 % stainless steel. It is resistant, easy to wash, goes in the dishwasher and does Not rust and consequently, it does not give to my dishes any taste of iron either. It would have great if it had come with a thermometer like an other German company you know. That being said it was at a fraction of the European price, incredible!!!!
