I have a 2019 MT07 with 10,000 miles. The handling has deteriorated. I installed these springs after watching a couple of "Dave Moss how to you tube videos". No spacer cutting was needed as the stock spacers gave me 14mm preload using the supplied washers on both sides of the spacer. I also used 15W versus 10W fork oil. The end results are fantastic. The MT07 is back. I would say left as is this bike would have been sketchy.I followed Race Tech instructions to the tee and when I had a question on oil level they quickly responded and answered my question. Strongly Recommend!

The Race Tech spring is the longer of the two. Remove old spring AND spacer and all will be good. Front is much stiffer and I'm sure will be better for this 82kg./ 180lbs. track rider. I have not had a chance to ride this yet, but I'm sure it will be better for me.
