This was an exact replacement for my 2012 Civic.I thought I'd do this myself. Honda wanted >$400 to do the work, not counting the part or coolant.It's super easy to get to if you can get your car up and get under it.HOWEVER... it is 1000x easier to get the hose off than to get this "quick connector" off the radiator. After a few hours of trying to wrangle it off, what ended up working was putting a flat blade screwdriver between an edge of this and the radiator and twisting the screwdriver to pry the connector away from the radiator. I was very worried about the screwdriver punching a hole in the radiator, but it worked!Silly me. Now that it was off, I truly had to get the new one on. Couldn't just put it together and drive it to the shop to finish anymore. Another hour of fighting this part, trying to lube it to get it to push on... impossible by hand. Ended up with some silicon lube and using a WRECKING BAR to pry against the frame and force this thing back on the radiator, praying it wouldn't bust the radiator. Slow and steady pressure and it got on.Consider yourself warned. Oh.. and having a burping tool to help with refilling the radiator is a good idea. I didn't know about that ahead of time.In my case, even though it *looked* like this is where the leak was, I still have a leak and will end up just replacing the radiator. It isn't that expensive and may actually be easier to do, haha!

Half the price of OEM. Thinner plastic but seems to have sealed good.

Measurements would be nice, you know using a caliper. Without that this is useless

To be honest I didnt use the adaptor, I needed the O Ring installed in the adaptor. The adaptor looks and feels like OEM though and the O Ring was perfect.
