This is a great tile leveling system it makes it to where as an amateur you can do a professional job by keeping all your tiles level and the Gap the the same distance and all your tiles you do have to buy the the other pieces little ramps that help pull the tile together but that's a great system I love them

If your doing tile work. BUY THESE!!! They are strong & durable. You will need the shims to make them work right. Don’t settle for the crap at the home stores.

I have 12x24 inch tile I was installing on my kitchen. We used self leveler in the kitchen in advance and got the floor within spec. We figured with these clips and spacers the results would be pristine. These spacers and wedges work terribly. I’m shocked I didn’t see more reviews on them noting their lack of function. Inserting the wedges with these clips usually forced the tile to move apart, and it was impossible to squeeze the tile back together. I tried. Often times I’d have the tile level and these clips pulled them out of level as well. (A fair number if my tiles were warped, to be expected with large format tiles).A good portion of the time from the pressure of the wedge I would come back after 12 hours to find the tile skewed or widened as it dried. I have a lot of grout lines that ended up to 1/4 of an inch. It really screwed up the look of these tiles. What a mistake and what a waste of money.I highly recommend avoiding these. Had a few tiling sessions - main cooking area, dining area, and then the laundry room. I could not make these clips and wedges behave. I eventually gave up, and began to use the clips upside down just as spacers. I had far better results. These stupid spacers and wedges really funked up my tile, I should have approached this from more classic methods and used a t-spacer. If you use proper large format tile mortar you shouldn’t have issues with settling and lip development, so there’s no point to these clips in my opinion. The two pictures I have attached: 1. Is trying to use these spacers and wedges 2. Is just using the spacers upside down purely as spacers and nothing else and bring the tile to level by hand. Far better results.

This leveling kit (clips & wedges) are outstanding! They made our tiling job a breeze! I am a novice at tiling a shower and bathroom floor. These made everything level with little effort. Make sure you get the tool to tighten also.

As a first time diy tile setter for a home remodel project, these have been very handy. I set 6"x24" wood looking plank tiles. The concept is simple. It spaces the joints as well as minimizing/eliminating lippage. It took some experimenting as anything does. It is important to use the right amount of mortar under the tile. As the wedges are tightened into these clips, the mortar can ooze out onto these and the edges of the tile. After the recommended time for the mortar to set, the vertical piece of these clips are removed by kicking with a boot or a tap from a hammer which is satisfying. The dried/set mortar in the grout lines needs to then be cleaned from the tile which can be a little tedious. I found that lippage was very, very minimal. Using these 1/8" joint spacing did not disappoint. They worked so well we bought additional clips for use in other areas of the house. I'd like to try the smaller size joint spacing for a shower application. In the picture, the haze left from wiping the mortar from the tiles came right off with a light wash after the clips were removed.

Worked as stated, easily installed and removed. Be cautious in handling bulk leveling clips, they are fragile and can be damaged by pressures applied to the 90° break off point.A few had been weakened at some point in transit. Check integrity of T structure prior to installing. If there is any movement at the vertical junction, discard.I used 250 and ordered more for future tiling jobs.

I bought the wedges, clips and clip tightening tool. The system works very well. My finished floor looks fantastic- very smooth and every tile is perfectly level and even with the one adjacent to it. I bought 250 wedges which is enough to cover a rather large area when using 1ftx2ft tiles. It is important to use 2 clips and wedges on the long edges of the 2ft tiles as there is enough length that the area near the clip can be well-aligned but the other end of the tile becomes mis-leveled with the tile adjacent to it. I did have several wedges which suffered a break on the side of the wedge when I went to knock out the clips and wedges after the tile had set. Wedges are still usable. This system does require a slight amount of work to remove thinset that may come up between tiles near the clips and wedges. You can simply wipe it off in the gaps away from the edges, but that is not possible against the clips due to the small areas that are hidden or blocked by the clips and wedges. If you remove the clips as soon as the tiles are set, you can usually scrub away the residual thinset, but if you wait a couple days like I did you have to add a little scraping and more vigorous scrubbing to remove the excess thinset. Overall, I love the system and would definitely buy it again. My finished floor is perfectly level and smooth.

Great product that ensure the tile is level and reduces time for installation a bit high in price compared to other systems but a higher quality product that holds up in big jobs
