I was impressed on how the product is made. The shower head is actually metal and the arm is a nice matte black that is resistant to scratches. The problem came when we installed it….. after some close inspection on the Amazon ad…. this shower head is rated for 3.0 gpm. So with our 50 gallon hot water tank, we were limited about 15 min showers before all of the hot water was gone. I tried to order restrictors to make the shower head work. This didn’t not work I used a 2.0 gpm restrictor and that was enough pressure to utilized about half of the shower head. We love the shower arm and just went with a different shower head.

The shower head and curved shower arm look great. They were ready to install. The only hard part was renovating the old shower head and arm. The flow was much higher than I expected so I installed a flow restrictor so that I could get the gentle rain feeling I was looking for.
