Gold! I hadn't read the full product description and didn't realize that gold was one of the colors, so I was delighted when the brown (viewed from its side) turned out to be shiny gold. Only one side of the streamer is shiny, but it's a nice metallic gold. I was also pleased with the other colors, which are the same bright color on both sides. These streamers have a finer, more uniform color and texture than the streamers I got from a party store, as shown in the photos. Neither the Qouui nor the other brand had the truly rumpled, spongey texture of some high-end streamers I've used, which made the high-end streamers easier to twist into corkscrews, but the twistability of the Qouui was okay. The Qouui streamers are better if you're hanging straight streamers from the ceiling, because they have a bright, uniform, opaque color. I advise using scissors because they weren't super easy to rip with bare hands, maybe because they're thicker.

These streamers are great for easy decorating for almost any occasion. The colors are bright and the dye does not come off on your hands. Useful for paper crafts too.
